The "echo chamber effect" of social media has exacerbated human narcissism in the Internet age. We fall asleep in a cascade of identical information. Ignoring and resisting dissent and warming up to those who share the same opinion, we end up trapped in our own subjectively constructed opinion hothouses, and indulge in the "lie-like" freedom of the Internet. In this project, I investigate the impact of digital media on people's freedom of expression. While the Internet may seem to provide us with endless experiences, when speech is controlled by a few, freedom of expression is threatened and even becomes a tool of power. Through this series of installations and experiments, I would like to explore the current dilemma of expression on the Internet.
