Folding Ocean

This project derives from my reflection on the unidentified installations found in the coastal area of China. Since the commencement of the 21st century, the marine geopolitics brought by the ocean is quietly emerging along with the ascending strategic position of the ocean, the development of economic globalization and the collective rise of marine power. The global oceans are in a process of rapid alternation between maintaining the existing order and ceaselessly introducing new rules. I attempted to explore this issue that is profoundly changing the political status of the world by integrating devices and AR technology.
